Management Fees

Monthly management charge on collected rent
Covers rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance monitoring and regular property inspections.

💡 Our standard management fee is 10% + VAT of collected rent. Depending on the size of your portfolio, the number of units, and the property's location relative to our office, this can range from 8% to 12% + VAT. We confirm your exact rate in writing before you instruct us — so you always know the figure that applies to your property.
Worked example: on a property let at £1,200 pcm, a 10% + VAT management fee is £120 + VAT (£144 inc. VAT) per month.
