What is the difference between Let Only and Full Management?
With Let Only, we find and reference your tenant, prepare the tenancy agreement and hand over — then you take over day-to-day management. Full Management means we handle everything ongoing: rent collection, maintenance, inspections and tenant communication. Contact us to discuss which option suits your situation.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Use our maintenance portal for the fastest response. Issues are tracked from report to completion and you'll receive updates at each stage.
Are tenant deposits protected?
Yes — all deposits are held under the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), a government-approved scheme. This protects tenant funds and ensures compliance with the legal requirements for deposit handling.
Do you handle HMO and licensing applications?
Yes. We prepare and submit landlord licence, selective licence and HMO licence applications on your behalf. Note that council application fees are separate and paid directly to the local authority. Contact us to discuss your property's requirements.
